Dive Information For Small Groups & Individuals

The boat is available for charter by groups/clubs or individuals and we also run a mid-week programme of dives for small groups and individuals. Below you can find a detailed programme of our main period of operation but the boat will be operating outside this period.

We run evening dives when we get enough daylight. Usual day will be Thursday but can do other evenings as requested. It will be a single dive either to a wreck or a scallop/drift dive.

There are many interesting wrecks and reefs within easy reach of this high-speed boat. Popular and well known wrecks that we regularly visit include the:

  • HMS M2
  • Salsette
  • HMS The Empress of India
  • HMS Landrail
  • Moidart
  • Baygitano

There are also many lesser known and interesting wrecks.

There are a number of interesting second dive sites in the bay including scallop grounds, reefs and ledges. Highlights include the Sunset corals.

Diving Information

A detailed programme is put up for the period March to the end of October.

The boat continues to operate outside this period. At that time of year it can be a bit more restricted due to hours of daylight etc. Remember, the programme is only indicative, if you are the first to enquire about a particular date then it can probably be changed, subject to tides etc.

We do evening dives, any evening as long as tides suit.

Parking

Parking is available at the top of the hill and 3 day permits are available on Monmouth Beach.

Accommodation

Bed and Breakfast or other accommodation can be arranged. Breakfast on the morning can also be arranged.

Depth

The depth of the sea bed and the top of wreck is shown in meters.

Requests

If there is a site you wish to dive that is not on the programme, please ask, it could be arranged. You can also charter the boat on the above or any days to do your own thing or dive a different site.

Air

If you are diving with us for more than 1 day then we can take your cylinders to be filled. Air, Nitrox and 100% Oxygen are available.
